Ah well. I'll write up more later, but I've really got to run now! (~Chief-Icy-Sunset's character Brandeis) Note 1: This pic is calibrated for my old monitor, which tends to be a bit darker than the flat screens of today. If this looks too weird on your screen, try darkening he brightness a bit. |

However, I saw the sketch and thought to myself 'Hot damn, that looks a whole lot like an upside-down Brandeis. Who the hell is drawing the scrawny little 'tard?' xD; *blonde moment*
Anyway, I'm always jealous of your mad coloring and the effects you can do. He looks great! <3

"Ladies and Gentlemen, hobos and tramps, cock-eyed mosquitoes, and bowlegged ants; I come here before you to stand here behind you and tell you something I know nothing about...."
Fan art, design your own tattoos, and now dragons?!
Darn you to heck, to heck with you I say!!
But very, very nice work too. I really like it
Have you ever thought about your line weights? I get out of jail free by making all my lines thin, but you could get a lot out of these by strategic thinning and thickening, y'know?
The only thing I've noticed that's consistently interfering with your work (it's not a down side, as such, because your style fits in with it so well) it's the fact that some of your work comes off very heavy and dark even when it's supposed to be light. And it's down to the fact that your lines are quite heavy and darken the colour that you apply to the piece.
Were it me, I'd try thinning in places where lines finish and where they outline a longer area of shape (like the edges of arms) all you'd have to do would be to take an eraser to them on the digital.
But the work is beautiful nonetheless, and still I get the urge to draw dragons again...
Anyway, FN!

"So he... wait, what the heck are you doing?"
"Spog."
"S-wha?"
"New word for belly-button fluff; Spog"
"Wow... raping the English language again I see. Genius. I knew I kept you around for a reason."

I must admit, though, that having it as an the upside-down reflection like this does make me look a bit strange in front of my computer, even though it's a nice touch... I'm just too lazy to post it onto paint and see it in all its 'right way round' glory.
